Since our launch in 1995, Whiskey Creek® has experienced significant growth. We have continuously been refining our concept and updating our menu to keep pace with ever-changing times and tastes.

Whiskey Creek® prides itself on being a great fit for medium sized, secondary markets with populations of 30,000 to 250,000 and up. We are a working class, family friendly restaurant first and foremost. We are a restaurant that happens to serve alcohol, not a bar that happens to serve food. Our menu offerings are unique and not commonly found in other places. We allow conversions of existing restaurants, shopping center build-outs, or new construction. Our fees are consistent with many chains and are available for review in our Franchise Disclosure Document.

Brand Awareness
We offer a unique brand that we promote through new and exciting avenues. Not only do we sell our beef in our restaurants, but we also sell our pre-packaged steaks online through our national website: www.whiskeycreek.com. Also, our proprietary seasoning, rubs, and sauces are bottled by Whiskey Creek® and are sold both in our stores and on our website.

The Whiskey Creek® brand has been recognized by outside sources as a unique restaurant and we were recently named number 28 in the Future 50 fasted growing chains in America, with a revenue under fifty million dollars, in the July, 2008 edition of Restaurant Business Magazine.

Pre-Opening Activities
The Thursday before opening day is the Branding Party where we invite area farmers and ranchers to a night of beer and brisket sandwiches. We ask them to bring their family cattle brands which our employees burn directly into the bar. It is a unique activity that creates a very distinctive bar to match our contemporary Western Décor.

This tradition allows area ranchers to take ownership in the restaurant, because in burning their brand on the bar they’re saying “That’s my steakhouse!” Having pre-opening events allows our franchisees a way to work out the kinks prior to the opening of their new restaurant, and also gives the community a chance to experience our unique food and service.
