FIRST MULTI-UNIT FRANCHISE DEAL SIGNED!

Whiskey Creek Franchise Systems, L.L.C. is pleased to announce the sale of it's first multi-unit franchise agreement with Fire Brand, L.L.C. of Kansas City, Missouri. Fire Brand is owned by Sheldon Oxner, President of CRR Builders in Kansas City and William Pollack of Pollack Broadcasting in Memphis, Tennessee. The agreement, signed in November 2006, calls for a minimum of three Whiskey Creek restaurants to be built over five years. However, the first 2 locations have already been secured. The first store will open in Joplin, Missouri in the spring of 2007. The second store will open in Gardner, Kansas, just outside of the Kansas City metropolitan area, in the fall of 2007.

"We are very excited to sign this multiple store agreement with Sheldon and Bill. Their love of Whiskey Creek's great food led them to invest in our system and they will add a tremendous amount of business skill to these new ventures" said James Gardner, President and CEO of the Kearney, Nebraska based chain. "Sheldon actually started his foodservice career with Howard Johnson's many years ago and this is sort of a coming home for him to the restaurant industry" he stated.

Whiskey Creek currently operates twelve restaurants in Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri and Florida, eleven of which are company owned. Franchising efforts began in 2006 with the opening of the Hays, Kansas location. Unit number thirteen is under construction in The Villages, Florida and is set to open February 2007. The company has plans to open six franchised locations in 2007.

Whiskey Creek Wood Fire Grills feature Midwest corn fed beef cooked over full sized logs of Oak and Ash. They use proprietary seasonings, sauces and rubs for a unique and distinct flavor. The restaurants also feature signature barbecue, sandwiches, salads, pasta and over 53 flavors of margaritas.
